Exchanges & Return Policy
Looking to exchange or return an item? At Gems Ritual, we want your experience with our spiritual jewelry and natural gemstones to be as harmonious as the crystals themselves. If something isn't quite right with your order, we are here to help. We have designed our return policy to be fully transparent, fair, and easy to understand.
1. 14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return, report an issue, or ask for a replacement. After this 14-day period has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We pack our healing stones with extreme care, but international transit can occasionally be rough. If your item arrives damaged, broken, or you received the wrong product, you do not need to mail it back to us. Simply send an email to info@gemsritual.com within 14 days, including a clear photo or video of the damaged item. Once verified, we will immediately process a full refund or send a free replacement—whichever you prefer.
3. Change of Mind (Buyer's Remorse) If your jewelry arrives in perfect condition but you simply changed your mind, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Location: Since our items are dispatched from our international fulfillment centers, physical returns must be sent back to our overseas warehouse.
4. How to Start a Return Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Email us at info@gemsritual.com with your Order Number and reason for return. Our support team will provide you with the exact Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct international shipping address.
Important Note: Our corporate registration address in Wyoming (30 N Gould St #48622) is for legal and administrative purposes only. It is not a fulfillment facility and cannot accept package deliveries. Any returns sent to the Wyoming address without authorization will not be processed or refunded.
5. Lost Packages If your tracking information hasn't updated for an unusually long time and the package is officially declared lost in transit by the carrier, you are fully protected. We will issue a 100% full refund or dispatch a new package to you at no extra cost.
6. Refund Processing Time Once your return is received and inspected at our international warehouse (or your photo evidence for a damaged item is approved), we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
