Refund, Returns & Replacements Policy

At Gems Ritual, we are committed to providing you with premium, ethically sourced natural gemstones and spiritual jewelry. We have carefully crafted our policies to ensure you are fully protected, while also maintaining the energetic purity of our products.

1. 30-Day Global Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your spiritual tools. If you change your mind, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for all our international customers (including US, UK, CA, AU, and NZ).

To ensure the energetic hygiene of our natural crystals, returns are subject to the following strict conditions:

  • You must contact us at info@gemsritual.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive the exact shipping address of our Fulfillment Center.

  • Return Shipping Costs: For "change of mind" or buyer's remorse returns, the customer is 100% responsible for paying all return shipping fees and trackable postage. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Items must be completely unworn, untouched, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Free Replacements) We pack our healing stones with extreme care, but we understand that international transit can occasionally be rough. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect product:

  • You must notify us at info@gemsritual.com within 48 hours of the delivery date recorded by the carrier.

  • Please include your Order Number and a clear photo or video demonstrating the damage or error.

  • Once verified, we will immediately process a full refund or send a free replacement—whichever you prefer. You do not need to pay for return shipping for defective items. (Note: Damage claims reported after the initial 48-hour window will be classified as standard wear-and-tear and will not be eligible for a free replacement).

3. Lost Packages Guarantee Your purchase is 100% protected against transit loss. If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period and the carrier officially declares the package as lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or dispatch a new package to you at no extra cost.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Unclaimed Packages Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We cannot process refunds or free replacements for packages that are misdelivered, returned to sender, or destroyed by the carrier due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, or failure to claim the package at the local post office or customs department.

5. Important Administrative Note Please do not send any packages or unauthorized returns to our corporate registration address in Wyoming, USA without an approved RMA. This address is for legal and administrative purposes. To initiate a return, you must email us first to get the correct Fulfillment Center address. Unauthorized packages will not be processed or refunded.
